Writer/Director/Producer/Editor - Anne Turley
Anne Turley was born and raised in Brazil. This led her to major in French and Spanish at Pitzer College in Claremont, California. To support herself, she took a job in the audio visual department, as a cameraperson and projectionist. After completing her Masters in Education at Claremont Graduate School, she worked at several radio and television stations in San Francisco, then four years at Kaiser Permanente where she crafted the skills of writing, directing, producing and editing award winning programs from beginning to end. She also served on the board as Vice President of Northern California Women in Film and Television for several years.
After a ten year stint freelancing as a producer and editor, Turley moved to Los Angeles to break into film. She landed a job as an editor on a national television show at Paramount Pictures, and made her first film "His True Nature", which you now have before you.
Turley bungee jumped in Australia, swam for an hour and a half to an island off Mazatlan, and went on a camping safari in Kenya. What this has to say about her is that she is avid to work on films about intelligent, outrageous people.
